Josh brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the restoration and disaster response industry, having personally overseen recovery operations following some of the most destructive storms in recent memory, including Hurricane Ian, Hurricane Idalia, and multiple major tornado outbreaks across the Southeast and Gulf Coast. Trained in OSHA safety standards and experienced in large-loss project management, he has built and scaled multiple companies before co-founding ADS with the goal of transforming how America approaches disaster recovery. As CEO, Josh sets the strategic vision for the company, cultivates relationships with insurance carriers, and ensures every deployment reflects ADS's commitment to speed, transparency, and quality. He is driven by a belief that disaster-affected communities deserve better — faster mobilization, clearer communication, and a more compassionate recovery process that puts people first.

With more than 15 years of experience mobilizing and managing field teams for large-scale disaster response, Kyle has directed crews through hurricane landfalls, widespread tornado damage, severe hailstorm events, and catastrophic flooding across Texas and the broader Gulf region. He is trained in OSHA 30-Hour construction safety protocols and experienced in IICRC water damage restoration standards, bringing a disciplined, safety-first approach to every job site. As COO, Kyle oversees all field operations — from rapid crew deployment and equipment logistics to on-site quality control and real-time progress reporting back to insurance partners. His systems-driven approach to storm response consistently reduces cycle times and claim severity, delivering measurable results for carriers and faster relief for policyholders. Kyle is motivated by the impact the work has on families and communities, and he takes pride in building a field operation that performs at the highest level even under the most demanding conditions.

He has been instrumental in scaling the company's capacity to handle simultaneous large-loss deployments, including coordinating multi-state response efforts during back-to-back hurricane seasons and severe weather outbreaks. Trained in project management and experienced in restoration industry best practices, Zane oversees company-wide operations, vendor relationships, and growth initiatives that expand ADS's reach into new markets. As President, he ensures that every crew, every job, and every client interaction upholds the standards that set ADS apart in the industry. Zane's approach is rooted in accountability and continuous improvement — he believes the disaster response industry can and should deliver a better experience for everyone involved, from the adjuster to the homeowner.

Amber brings extensive experience in insurance documentation and claims coordination to her role at American Disaster Solutions, where she oversees the accurate and timely recording of all field work, damage assessments, and project milestones. She has managed documentation for hundreds of disaster recovery claims stemming from hurricanes, tornadoes, hail events, and flood damage across multiple states. Experienced in Xactimate estimating software and well-versed in carrier-specific documentation requirements, Amber ensures that every claim package is complete, compliant, and submitted promptly to minimize delays for policyholders. She works closely with adjusters and field teams alike to keep communication flowing and paperwork on track, even during high-volume catastrophe events.
